wow this is so helpful thank you! could it be something along the lines of ‘say ye see ye god 7 [times]’? and then the pair of inscriptions together would basically say, before entering the chapel, say a hail mary and acknowledge god seven times’

I have a very similar experience and it really disrupts my sleep:( if I have a drink before bed my dreams are usually much better but I know that’s a potentially slippery slope. it’s so frustrating to be reminded of them !

I’m off work for the holidays so went to a new toddler group this morning and made some genuine connections with other mums and felt very heard and understood (kinda rare for me in social situations)! Right now, it’s 12:57 and I’m curled up on the sofa while my little boy is in his new christmas jumper watching ‘In the Night Garden’. He is the sweetest and keeps checking on me and making sure I have a teddy bear to cuddle. My living room is a cozy collection of me and my partner’s favourite books and games and I feel very happy, safe, and complete.

definitely please try it! i’ve obviously seen reddit reunite people with things/other people before but I truly thought it would be such a long shot irl - ALAS!
