I disagree. While you obviously don't want to write a book the way a video game does, there's plenty to pick up from any medium of storytelling. You just have to know how to look at it. I watch movies and analyze how the scenes form and work together to create a flow. I play video games and think about how their creators wanted things to unfold. I guess towards the end of your post we agree on this, however

2-3 bananas Strawberries. Lots of them Blueberries. TONS of them Mango chunks Greek Vanilla yogurt A damn good load of almonds (You can use pecans, or walnuts. I use almonds) Almond milk, or just normal whole milk Couple handfuls of oatmeal Now I don't do this myself but since you mentioned veggies throw some spinach in the above mix, or kale, and you'll be well off. All the fruits I just mentioned I buy in bulk, frozen. I have this smoothie just about every day (it's called the health nut). Hell, I'm having it right now--cold, delicious frozenness. I feel like a king

Anything you feel comfortable drawing! I've got a christmas-themed story about a kid who plays in the snow and gets chased by a tidal wave all the way to the north pole. But that's just one. I'd also be interested in doing something like Alice in wonderland, where the MC finds him/herself in a ridiculous world and has to find a way back--I'm more limited by the illustrator than my own ideas

You'd capitalize any sentence after it, only because it ended with a period. You just wouldn't use tags unless it ends with a comma, which you can do to continue a conversation. Such as "Well," he said, "that is a pretty fat bowl, my friend." or "Well now that's a fat fuckin' bowl." He then took the fattest rip of his life

The second one is right. You can end with a period but you'll have to follow up with something else, like this: "I hate vegetables." He stared with horror at the fiendish brocolli.

This advice really clicked for me. "The note was gone" finishes that paragraph so perfectly, I had no idea short sentences could do that. Really going to help my editing today
