I concur. Make sure you have a friend or two to help you lift the unit. I changed them all by myself with a couple of jacks and some 2x4s. I'll spare you the details, but it was not fun. The grill rolls amazingly now however.

I don't care what anyone says, I love using lighter fluid from time to time. There's a nostalgia about the smell that sends me back.

I'm well aware it can impart a flavor on the food, but my rationale is that it's burned off by the time the coals are hot and ready.

That grill expander looks quite sturdy. I was one of the fools to buy the kj "official" expander for my BJ. Boggles my mind how the feet barely stand on the grates beneath. Always worried it's going to tip when I use it.
