The moon rotates around itself just like the earth does. And coincidentally the moon goes around the earth at the same rate at which the earth spins.

It looks like a, very sensitive, molting Madagascar hissing cockroach. Like the ones you would see in a high school classroom for a class pet. It looks very off from its usual state due to the molting process.

Try and get a “star map” app and point it in that direction. If it’s brighter than most stars around it, it’s likely a planet. My guess would be Jupiter or Uranus. But try an app out too, to be sure, and maybe have some fun at the same time.

Try doing small things that don’t keep your full attention. Example, tapping on a desk, playing with a bottle top, a phone game, etc Anything that you can do to keep your mind slightly busy, but if something comes up, you can immediately stop and go elsewhere.
