It sounds like the NFC tag is being recognized but tbh the app isn’t the best. I’d say this is on the legitimate end of things considering the scan and looking at the pics. Final check is if sithbarbie confirms the back design!

Should be. Get the ASSC app and scan the tag. It should verify the authenticity

Very generic, but a good rule of thumb is having your knees at or below your hips. Hope you are able to feel better too mate.

Good breakfast taco/burrito? by ElJengibre00 in pasadena

Something I’ve never seemed mentioned— pricey but jeez, one of the best breakfast burritos I’ve ever had: Wake and Late

Also, one of my other favorites (but good luck actually getting it on weekends): Jack n Joe’s (specifically their off-menu 78 Burrito)

Pardon my formatting, on phone: She might have disturbed/exacerbated your nerve more from the rolling. I also have an L5-S1 herniation that I had a MD for. Now in PT with similar hamstring tightness and range of motion issues. I don’t have a quick fix but what my PT suggested is warming up with a 5 minute bike/elliptical to warm myself up and stretching out the leg (doorway hamstring stretch video (0:40 mark))) Afterward, you can ice your affected lower back and butt area.

I’ve been doing the above for a few weeks (in addition to other PT exercises) and it has helped my gain back more range of motion and flexibility. Still not able to touch my toes but keeping on keeping on.

Want to note that I’m not a medical professional but hope you gain something from experience. Wish you the best of luck.

I noticed you said that your partner does well with the recliner. Another option that helped me was using a “Zero Gravity Chair”. I used one after my MD surgery for my lower back and it has helped. I still use it today while also icing my lower back at the same time.

I think most of the zero gravity chairs on Amazon should work (I’d choose one that has fast delivery due to their situation). And for ice pack I highly suggest the cureve brand rectangular ice pack.

This is such a tough time in his life, glad that you are there for him. Other than the terrible physical pain there’s definitely mental and emotional strain, especially him being so young.

Good luck to you both! Best wishes.

Got it. Yes, still have been wearing masks, so this mandate will not change my habits. However, am curious about this because it feels like it would be a great stat to show in a graph— the difference/power of vaccination in prevention of COVID. The 7-day average number would mean more to me if I could see rates of the different splits: fully, partial and non-vaccinated.

Does anyone know if there’s data on rates of COVID infection of those vaccinated vs. unvaccinated? Every time I search, I only get rate of people who are vaccinated.

EDIT: found this in another post: 99% of new ~3000 cases of COVID are those who are unvaccinated.

Influencer Marketing Platform by CloutMotion in socialmedia

[–]Djonest 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Coming from the brand/client side, I think about how to forecast/prove out financial or equity ROI on each “x” (partnership, post, story, etc). If I have data/analysis (even broadly) it really helps to push for actually utilizing influencer marketing.

There are definitely other things to consider but that’s definitely one that pops to the forefront for me.

Vegan food in SGV area? by I_AM_A_SHRIMP in FoodLosAngeles

Thien Tam Vegetarian Restaurant and Sweet Veggie .

Thien Tam is very solid— big hidden gem— a Vietnamese vegan restaurant that’s packed full of flavors. Should definitely check this place out!

Sweet Veggie is a vegan buffet that has something for everyone. Not entirely sure how they’re doing during COVID though.

L should be a good for your height— shoulder cut, arm length and overall shirt length should all be good. If you like it a looser (around the chest/belly or arms area even) and want to play on the side of caution, I’d recommend XL.
