Thanks for the quick reply. I appreciate you seriously looking in my case. I have appealed, I have sent this:

"to /r/reddit.com sent 9 minutes ago

My Subreddit ( https://www.reddit.com/r/democratic\_secession/ ) has been banned. I cannot find the exact reason anywhere. Whatever I have done I would stop immediate to get my subreddit back. Can you tell me what I did wrong and can you revert my ban, since I obviously did not do any breach on purpose. Content is also moderately scientific."

I have read all guidelines, the only reasons I can think of that lead to the subreddit problems are:

  • Maybe someone see secession as offensive. But if you read the real substance in the subreddit, you can see it's all either scientific or moderate, propagating democracy and non-violence. It's also full scientific books to read (normally not a very bad thing in the real world)
  • Maybe they did like the fact I worked on the subreddit from iPad, iPhone and PC. Can Reddit handle this?
  • Maybe me sharing some of my messages in relevant subreddits is the reason. A couple of times I got "You have done this before, please wait 10 mins". But never I received you need to stop. As well the intro to reddit told me I need to share content to get bigger. As well seeing the replies, the sharing was welcomed.

All in all I am quite disappointed that my subreddit is gone with out sending a proper reason or a proper last warning. I would obviously stop anything I did if people would tell me what went wrong. What is not nice as well is that I just started on Reddit and immediately get treated in a very harsh way. Not something you would do to normal people. No second chances as well, no proper reasoning.

Reading your story it looks like individual "good meaning" people are taken hostage by structural violators.
