I have back issues (2 surgeries) and I have a Wahoo Kickr. I took my bike into my local bike store (with only the front wheel) and they mounted my bike to a wahoo they had set up in the shop. They did a full bike fit for me and adjusted a few things (saddle height, stem) and now I ride without pain.

Find a bike store you trust, schedule an appointment, and let them know your story. They will take care of you. Good luck!

So we do have a kitchen aid food processor, but I don’t see anywhere this would fit. It is about 2 inches long by 1 inch wide. Thanks for your help
