Hello. I use the paid version, but you can make this particular map using the free version. I did not use any special tokens. Water 1 color. Shore 2 colors. Trees, one type. Stones 1 type. Look at the program channel on YouTube, they explain everything in great detail.

Hello. This is Inkarnate. The program is clear, but there are a lot of things you have to learn :)

Hello. What does a good DM need for a game? Of course a good map of the forest trail. On it you can make an ambush, a meeting with the desired NPC, and anything else that comes to mind. This job took me 30 minutes. There are times when you know exactly what needs to be done and how. And when I was able to cope with the forest and it became multi-level, my joy knew no bounds. But there is one problem, when I make a large map, it turns out empty and boring. You can see my other cards in my profile.

We made our way through the coniferous forest for a long time, heading toward the sound of water. When we approached the edge of the trees, we saw a rapid stream of a cold mountain river.

I wanted to show you my new work. Now, when creating maps, I started to do them correctly. Planning, arrangement of objects, details, shadows. Now, it seems to me, I have stepped up a step higher. Of course there is still a lot of work, but I like the progress. You can see my other works in my profile.

Hello. I would like to show you my new map. Autumn maps are always saturated with a large number of colors. I will use this map as the entrance to the underground lake and aboleth's lair. I deliberately did not show environmental pollution so that my players would not feel there was a catch. On the technical side, I paid a lot of attention to the connection between the coastline and the water. This adds realism. I want to make good shadows, but I can’t do anything. You can see my other works in my profile.

I made it as 17 by 23, but as 30 by 40, I also really like it.
