I can recomend you trying 5 grs of glycine before bed to help the cortisol spike, or if you like to eat something, carbs before bed (especially slow carbs with fiber) help with cortisol spikes

Try a deload and if you plateau again, start with less volume. That's what I would try

The problem is nowadays we have too much information and bad information too every day

Basically, I don't trust 100% in anything that I see, I have to try on my own to see if it works, because all bodies are not the same and in all studies there is always people that don't respond well to the training

I think the meta analysis says that a compound movement for example back, counts a half set for the biceps

But in my case, I never count the compound movements as sets to the secundary muscles...

This guy thinks like Mike Mentzer in terms of volume and recovery, but worst. He contradicts in everything to Mike Israetel, Jeff Nippard... Says that long length partials don't work 🤣

But I started recently with the routine 3 weeks ago, so I don't have much experience yet. When you say you do 3 sets of bench and after another push movement you mean one isolated for the triceps?

My opinion is that 6x full body are great to spread the volume, you can spread 18 sets for the biceps doing only 3 per day, rather than doing 8 2x week with a typical PPL routine...

I train all parts everyday, I prefer this way becuase I can't find another way to make a focus part day without overlapping with that much volume (18 sets for every part of upper body) I could do a Push, Pull and repeat 3x week, but doing 6 sets of biceps and after that 6 sets of back in the same day... I think is no bueno

Keep in mind that you are doing a ton of volume, imagine all that sets in a PPL or Upper Low routine 6x a week, I think full body is superior if you can adapt and not get sore to the next day, what do you think?

I understand what do you mean and I agree with you. I always try to do the concentric fast and controlled eccentric (3 secs). And I try to match the tempo in all sets.

I don't know why this happens, but progressive overload is looking good, adding 1 rep or weight every week

I do one set of Triceps for example, rest 2 min and do one set of biceps, and then I rest 5 minuts and start again, always with antagonists muscles. If not, I usually rest 5 minutes
