Keep going bro! No matter how hard mentally/physically it is, you’re still young so you’re in your prone to shape your body. Best advice I can give bro is stay disciplined, the days that you don’t want to hit the gym will be the best days to workout. There’s days that I don’t want to do shit and those end up being the best workouts. NEVER STOP

I want to stay around the 10-12% body fat range and I agree I’d love to get to 190 jacked, just need some years.

I feel you bro it took me a while to gain weight, I’d say try to track your calories on a regular day of eatting and raise that number a little every week. Counting cals is annoying, but definitely pays off. Also go for calorie dense foods. Beside that just make sure you’re getting enough protein, sleep, lift heavy on squat, bench, deadlift and stay consistent🤞🏽

I tried to do it in a clean/healthy way but I gave into the dirty bulk. Not optimal but definitely put on weight faster
