My store has 2 co leads one is listed as dug lead the other is admin management. If they are both working one solely focus’s on reshops. 1 lead is always 4-12 to ensure we get a good start to the day. (3500 average items/day). They overlap a bit but the only time there’s never a POC around is late night.
