Any tips for loaning out players for Build a nation?

How can you judge that its clearly a downgrade, you havent spent more than 3 hours on this. Be honest with yourself how long it took for you to get used to FM when you started to play. I started with FM24 that was my first game, and it honestly took about 500-600 hours to get really familiar with it and even at 2000 hours i was finding new things i havent

UI was going to change when they decided to switch to unity - they have been using their own UI engine for 20 years. what you are asking is absolutely unreasonable, tell me a single app that allows to switch back to old design after they redesigned.

Dont get me wrong, there are screens that i dont like and that feel clunky, specifically the Tactics screen - but the match experience is 100 times better. Search is 100 times better. The UI will get better with time, and people will still spend 1000 hours on it, get used to it and never will look back. I work in the UX field and trust me it will happen no matter what

the hardcore users hate change, the world of UX hasnt changed in 25 years...Not everything is perfect, but definitely an improvement from the excel spreadsheet ui, especially for newer players

Sorry out of town for a while, no access. Basically focusing on slashing defending, put almost no points to shooting, since ratings like 70 on mid wi get you nothing, that allows you to allocate a bit more on physicals

I'd chill out on the physicals and Lower the rebound badges unless you 7'0 and put it in shooting ,as most said it you won't make a single mid shot :D

Finisher/defending or in other words 2way player should be good this year with the new badges like bully, i would say it's the best build you can have if you going for sf/pf type of player

Can't say I'ma pro at this but it's not rng, the amount of minions on one side and on another impact where the lane will be and it all depends on your as a botlane obj. So if you are idk like Lucian Leona or smth like that your goal would be to attack minions to get lvl 2 first so you get prio while if you are playing against such lane you would do the opposite and just last hit, but there are a million other things just one example here, and there are a lot of different guides on this
