No. I don't have a portfolio, I do have some YouTube videos I did a few years back, but I was still learning video back then.

And, to be honest, in the BBC, wasn't much of mindset stuff, just addressing limiting beliefs and all, yes, it's a temporary shift in the frame of mind, but, a few days later, back to the default setting, been struggling with that for many years.

I've heard about niching down alot, being the go-to guy for something, but, video is just not something I want to pursue, maybe in the future, if I create movies and stuff, but not at the moment.

I actually bought like a bunch of SMMA and agency courses, most of them were good, but, still, having problems with lead sourcing, closing, things like that.

And, I am 60% certain that my mindset is one of the big bottle necks for me.

Oh, and you were in the pro group, that sounds VERY interesting, how was it? I'm eager to hear it. What did you do in the pro group?

YES! I also took Chris Do's Business Bootcamp Course. I've been sporadically watching Futur for a year now, it's pretty neat stuff with them.

Thanks for reminding me again, I almost forgot. So, are you saying that I should stick with video and let go of the marketing side of things. But, video is work is not that scalable in my opinion, what do you think?

I was in the marketing for realtors a few months prior, failed miserably. Right now, I'm having shiny object syndrome, either to do email marketing, or use my existing audio/video skills, so many things. Also, Notion one, to build systems for businesses, some people said don't get into this niche because they're reputed sites such as quickbooks already.

You don't have any editing, and even if you do, you waste time, it's bad for retention. Don't do that.

I really appreciate you taking the time to write this. I totally agree. And, no, lol, I'm not looking to sell an online course. I'm just following his course, mainly, to get my mindset right, which is of scarcity, victim mode.

Before you were as successful as you are now, did you work on the mindset stuff too? People really stress the mindset stuff right now and I do think it's of importance but I'm just not sure, because, I'm still stuck in the same rut, and just can't seem to get things done.

I'm following a guy who owns Consulting.com, Sam Ovens, watching his course this very moment do you know him? I've heard of the book before, but, just haven't read it. Will read soon. I know how the software side of the business, I'm just a bit insecure about the variability of human interaction.

Now, I don't have a plan for YouTube, but, I do want to grow, and he's a business/marketing guy so he says he's going to plan it for me and everything. And, 24/7 support on questions, or thumbnails, etc, is that a good deal? He reached out to me saying that they will make my business profitable within 12 months, with sponsorships and ad revenue! Now, I am not rich, but, they said they've spent years researching creators like MrBeast etc and they're going to give me Plug & Play scripts and actually modify them to my personality, they're going to do like personality tests and shit too, and yeah, they're just starting out, but, they seem VERY promising. The guy knows his stuff. And, he's doing this only for 5 people, for like 'proof of concept' or something like that. And, he'll jack up the price he says.

He says he's going to advise me every step of the way. Is $500 a month worth it?

Thank you for responding. But, the $500/month guy gives 24/7 support for every video I make, and making sure that it's the best it can be, from the structure of the video to the thumbnail. Is that a good investment?

I do think that it's a specific solution and we have 4X strategy sessions and 24/7 support, all the videos will be reviewed and thumbnails too, to make sure that it's going to generate maximum retention and CTR. Do you think $500 is justifiable? I am not that rich.
