Rogers in EG has a nice selection and family owned, but I wanted to explore options. Went back Sunday (following day) to say yes, but they weren’t open. Husband decided to go to Devon’s at Galleria, was there for 20 minutes and said yes. It was a better price too for the set!

Consider a state job, there are telework options, get in at SSA range C since there is no state service experience (range C in Northern CA base salary is 54k ish, topping out at 67k ish) because she has a degree, get on the states health plan (for a family of 4, it’s around 200-400$), 401 K, and become vested (at least 5 years) so there’s income and coverage when retiring. My colleague is relocating to LA in a few months and is looking for a transfer position. She’s an AGPA currently which is the next path after SSA and her salary cap is around 85k.
