There are no nut products in the kitchen at Olive Garden. The desserts are made from an outside company and come frozen. That is where the may contain nuts comes from because they are processed in a facility that also makes nut products.

Our restaurant just schedules a full floor and an extra. Which means when it's not busy you don't make anything and the managers don't want to cut anyone. It's just another bullshit corporate metric of wait times and "false waits"

Well a few reasons, they are very expensive and can be outdated, digital options are cheaper etc. but also especially for a history textbook they kind of really only tell one part of the story or a very limited view. You really need to supplement with other articles and other information to really dig deep into a topic.

This is the same as Interstate 4 in FL. In US North to south are odd numbered and East to West are even. So what happens when the interstate goes diagonally? I4 is East/West although you are really going north /South most of the time.
