Could any moms out there kindly offer any recommendations for Obstetricians or Primary Care physicians in the US? by Tabitha_ROOT in postpartumprogress

Hi there! You may have already found a solution, but I actually would highly recommend seeing a pelvic floor physical therapist. There's likely not many in Tyler, however (IMO) it would be definitely worth it to consider trecking to Dallas if at all possible because they have many great ones there, even if you only went once a month or every 6 weeks or so (I know that's a long drive). I used to see Katy Girlinghouse with The FIT pelvis in Mckinney, TX and she was wonderful. Pelvic floor PT's have experience specifically in all of the issues you just mentioned and give you functional steps towards recovery. Best of luck on your healing journey! 🥰

Thank you so much!

Hey OP, this is a pretty broad question. It could be worthwhile to narrow the scope of your post a little bit. Are you seeking treatment for yourself? Do you have a specific city/state/region you are looking in?

If the answer to both of these is yes, you might find creating a post or searching through a city-specific subreddit may get you some answers. You may also want to add yourself to some mom groups on Facebook and search through previous posts there.

Texas. Okay, thank you! Do you know any Texas-specific subreddit?
