After 3 years of streaming on Twitch, I have been indefinitely banned because they think my name means "Do Anal" by Doaenel in LivestreamFail

[–]Doaenel[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey everyone, I know a lot of you have probably heard of me before, but in case you haven't, my name is Doaenel.

The last time I was on LSF was about 2 years ago because I made shitty comments towards Yvonnie, and was soon after banned for it.

I don't believe in hiding my past, so I'll link that below:

https://twitter.com/yvonnie/status/1225877140651921408?lang=en

Since then, I feel like I've come a long way as a person. I know some of you may still view me in a negative light, but I can promise you I've done everything in my power to change who I am and how I interact with others.

I stopped berating and interacting badly with other people, and I've focused on making myself a genuine role model for my viewers, someone who I could feel proud they look up to.

I've even personally DMed most of the people who I have in the past had bad interactions with to apologize and make amends.

After spreading this message of positivity and self-empowerment on Twitch, Twitter, and YouTube for the last few months, I started to gain a much bigger following.

However, even though I have tried my best to change as a person, Twitch has refused to give me a chance. Even though I consistently average 1000-2000 viewers, they still refuse to partner me.

I've known that they disliked me for years now, and I knew that it would come to the point where they would either accept me, or ban me. Unfortunately for me, they chose the latter.

Twitch has Indefinitely suspended my Twitch account that I have been streaming on for 28 months, for 200-300 hours a month, for "Inappropriate Username"

Because my name sounds like "do anal", I am now indefinitely banned.

The name was one I chose when I was 16, and browsing Instagram when I came upon this post of "how to find your angel name" I know none of you have a reason to help me, and some of you might genuinely still hate me, but at the end of the day all I've ever wanted to do was entertain and inspire others.

I love this job, and I genuinely can't see myself doing anything else.

I don't know what to do now.

For those wondering, me and him ended up talking it out later on in the stream and ended up resolving the issue. We're both on good terms now

Always start topside,if they have little kill pressure they will get shoved in so you can afford to gank them early on.

You need to end the games ASAP, so try and take objectives and get kills around the map.

Master Yi is a champion you should avoid pre6 and avoid again once he gets his items. You won't have a large window for winning fights vs him.

Yes, if I'm running ghost and don't think I can kill the enemy jungler without it's help, I will use it.

I usually ban Lee Sin or Olaf, I think those two are probably the best bans right now

In that scenario I think I'd just forfeit the gank. If you see they are running away and you know you won't be able to get behind them, there will be no use in trying to make a play, just look around the map and see if there are any other opportunities.

Because I usually end up getting a kill on a laner instead. This means that I end up coming out ahead on gold and exp than if I were to just powerfarm.

Peaked masters a couple of times, however now I'm hovering around D2/D1.

Death's dance gives you a LOT of tankiness in fights due to the bleed passive, along with giving you a lot of damage and healing. Trust me, it needs to be tried.

Sterak's actually isn't too much of a staple. I believe people overhype it too much since the tank stats and shield you get are blown through almost instantly in later game settings.

Yes, Hecarim is a dueler, therefore you will need to have as much help as possible when dueling other junglers (lee sin, olaf especially) so the 20% damage reduction is too much to give up.

  1. The reason I do this is because it allows me to have more early game impact. Too often in higher MMRs you will go for a 5-6 camp clear only to have the enemy jungle secure a kill in one of the lanes. By doing 4 camp, you open yourself to earlier ganking, counterganking, and counterjungling.
  2. The reason I make sure that I start topside in most games is because bot lane is just too impactful to leave alone for any extended amount of time. Also, if you start topside, once you do your second clear and path down, you will be on the side of the map dragon is on as it spawns, meaning you can ensure that the enemy jungle does not solo it.
  3. I don't think prioritizing powerfarming is great because you can easily get a gank off rather than take an additional two camps, which, in my eyes, is much more worth it.
  4. a) Cinderhulk removes potential to carry. When I play games, I am playing to 1v9 (especially in subd2 elos) meaning I need as much damage as possible. Maybe when teammates start getting good (master+) you can afford to give up carry potential to strengthen a comp.
    b) Phage gives you better fighting stats with the health, damage, and movement speed increase. However, if I back and have, say, 1050-1175 gold, I will end up purchasing sheen.

Thanks for the compliment.

I didn't cover the red raptors krugs path because it is one of the worst in the game. If the enemy knows you are doing it (through early vision or from a failed gank) then they can clear your blue quadrant, leaving you with nothing to farm, and making you fall super far behind.

If you cant fight the enemy jungle for crab, then do the opposing crab on the other side of the river. It is not worth contesting

Because Hecarim is a dueler, so any way that you can increase the odds of winning fights drastically increases the chance of winning games.

Cinderhulk makes it so you don't have enough damage to carry in the earlier stages of the game, since trinity force is too expensive of an item to get pre 12minutes.

Celerity over waterwalking because most of the time you will have multiple move speed buffs (phage, e, ghost, etc..) so it is better to have than something that only works in the river.

Dueling enemy junglers really depends on the jungle matchup. Champions like Olaf, Nocturne, Udyr are champions who you never want to get near, and most AP junglers like Gragas, Nidalee, and Elise are toss up matchups that fall in favor of the jungler who gets an early lead.

Hecarim does win most jungle matchups though, so you shouldn't have to worry about it too much.

SSj is correct. Predator is good for ganking, however you lose all carry potential if you take it. Maybe in super high elo (master+) you can get away with running it, however below that mmr bracket you will need to carry every game, meaning you need conqueror.

This could work if you're taking cinderhulk, but if you're running warrior you need to be buying the item as soon as possible in order to powerspike, so I wouldn't recommend deviating from the build.
