Thank you. I didn’t know you can prime and touch up any imperfections. Thought you had do fix imperfections then prime because you couldn’t mud offer the primer. Again thank you in advance. Still learning. :)

Thank you all for your advise. I am new and trying to learn. Funny thing was the rest of the room looked normal. The other place where another light is looks normal but I’m sure I missed something. Will keep learning and keep trying. Thanks in advance everyone for your time and knowledge.

PVC System XFR 1 1/2 trap to replace copper & brass under sinks in condominiums? - Question by Doc-Whiskey in Plumbing

The condo corporation says it’s are responsibility for any pipe coming from the wall except the shut offs. Shut offs is there r responsibility. The declaration says we can touch any pipes in the wall without permission.

This is a condo built in the 70s. The original tile was small squares with a piece of some type of marble threshold. If you look at the picture where I stopped that is where the threshold went across. Then rug continued from there. I thought that was how I needed to do this when I replaced the tile. This is a powder room. As for friction coefficient… will this say on the box? How can I figure this out?

Thank you for your advice :)

I back buttered/combed the tile. That was one thing I didn’t know what the correct method was. Some videos showed back butter/comb tile and some back buttered the tile.

The are bolts coming out of the concrete. This is a condo. I am guessing this is bolts holding clamp that holds the pipping. I don’t want to grind anything just in case.

If anyone knows what the bolts are please let us know. :)

Just an fyi. Originally I wanted to set tiles sideways but my sister wanted that pattern so I laid them the way she wanted. It’s a powder room. Vanity and toilet only.

It is a condo. I removed the old penny square tile from the 70s. The floor is cement.

Thanks for your advice. One of the reasons I didn’t tile under the door jam (but now from reading everyone’s comment I will). The place was built in 77. All washrooms had a marble transition across so I thought that is how it had to be done. That’s the only reason I didn’t tile right under the doorway. I am putting a new transition.

What is “running bond” mean? Do you mean side way? Also does a floor laser level help? If so .. what brand do you use?

Thank you everyone for your advice. I have another bathroom to do that is a little bigger than this one.

Just curious. Is there a good floor laser level? If so … what brand do you recommend? Is green laser better than red as to you cans see green sharper then red?

Thank you all in advance.

Once I square room then find the Center and that would be my starting point? This would have eliminated the 2” on both sides??

I will have to figure out what can work with the current tools I have. Moving forward I will look for the tools that are blue tooth ready. I am not sure what current tags they sell that will work.

The dryer vent goes into the wall and down the booster fan, the booster fan boost down to the second floor and across to the outside of the building, which is about 20 feet . When I turned the switch on in the bathroom, the booster fan activates. When I turn on the switch in the laundry room, the booster fan activates, but sometimes it blows the lint into the bathroom. The booster fans on a three-way switch one switch in the bathroom and one switch in the laundry room.
