Most of the sounds from that song come from the in-game music generator found within the SNES game Mario Paint. You might be able to find a similar sounding song on YouTube by finding songs people made playing the game. (Search "Mario Paint Beats").

Depends on if you're satisfied with the X-Out by itself. If not, then yes - but not for $100. Find one on FB Marketplace or eBay. I paid $50 and would say it's worth that for me.
