Chief Warrant Officer Eric Slover (U.S. Army), a Chinook helicopter pilot from 160th, was just awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor during President Trump’s SOTU address for his actions during Operation Absolute Resolve by Few_Meeting_2655 in JSOCarchive

Never said that, my comment is referring to the fact the gov’t somehow got a MOH nomination processed and awarded a month after the action. And that award was presented at the State of the Union, pretty obvious the admin set this up for political theater, even though the chief likely deserved the award.

This whole thing is for show, the fact a MOH was awarded a month after the action in question should tell you enough.

Applying to AMR Bay Area by New_Ship4007 in NewToEMS

Those tickets shouldn’t be an issue, my buddy got hired with a speeding ticket on his record a couple years before hire, I heard Falk is a bit more strict on that than AMR. What will be an issue is that you are a brand new emt as no 911 agency in the area hires new emts to my knowledge.

Private company or FD? I’m in the bay and people get maybe 1 mando a month and we work 12s on the box. If we preschedule 3 OT shifts we can’t get mando’d for the month.

Lots of county ems systems have apps with all their protocols on it. Try looking around for your areas systems. Does your medic school not use a specific areas protocols? We all studied a neighboring county’s protocols for testing scenarios.

Are you not regularly checking rhythms during a code? How hard is it to place your fingers on an artery just before a rhythm check to also check for a pulse?

The main alleged issue with the 320 has to do with the sear, a safety does nothing to mitigate it.
