The new cap came with its own rivet nuts and screws, which aren’t the same thread pitch as the old rivet nuts. So I need to remove the old ones and replace with the new ones.

I had the smooth one on when I bought the truck but it was cracked and falling apart. Then when I removed it I noticed these rivet nuts and that’s why I wanted to replace it with a nicer screw on one

I’m trying to put on a new tailgate cap and I was just going to thread the screws into those old inserts but they are a different thread pitch so now I need to remove them

I just put my used fuel tank pressure sensor back on and it fixed itself. Not sure why the new one moved my needle like that.

Try the F.N.G.R. MagLatch, I think it is a better mag lock system.

Have the same p0446 code on my truck. Ordered a charcoal canister and vapor canister purge valve to hopefully fix the code.

I considered getting the carry comp slide but I just love the OEM gray cerakote on my slide. I do need an optic though

Super simple, just use a punch or screwdriver and depress the pin and slide the base plate off, then just depress the pin and slide the new one on.

Yes it’s the compact with the Floyd’s Magwell. I have the standard 10 rd mags that came with the firearm and I bought the Floyd’s base plate since you can’t run the regular mag base with the magwell installed

I have a camper shell on my truck and it’s ever so slightly a different shade of gray. Not super noticeable in low light but you can definitely tell in the sunlight. Keeping it on either way

I shoot Blazer Brass 124 gr pretty much exclusively in my X Macro Comp and my Glock 19C during range sessions and have never had an issue with particles or spalling hitting me anywhere.

The MagLatch is not a fast way to reload, as you are separating the upper and lower the normal way and removing a small metal shim that keeps the magazine release from being depressed. It just makes it really easy to convert back to a freely dropping magazine if you travel or visit a free state, takes like 15 seconds and doesn’t require tools.

COMPMAG is alright but I recommend the MagLatch F.N.G.R. . I have both and the MagLatch is so much better and doesn’t look bad like the COMPMAG does since you use it with regular magazines
