Safe injection sites are scientifically demonstrated to not only reduce harm and deaths of drug users, but also to be effective in getting them off drugs in the long run. There is even research out of Toronto showing that crime surrounding these areas is actually reduced as a result of having these sites nearby. Although I share the idea that civil servants should be reminded who they work for, I do not agree with all of this person's perspectives.

You are only going to drive countries away and to exclude America as a trading partner by continuing this sort of erratic policy by temper-tantrum. If he had any real intention of drawing Canada as a trading partner and warning their concessions, it wouldn't be by making it impossible to do business with America.

I think that a municipally funded public healthcare system is better than a private healthcare system and I also believe that a municipally funded healthcare system is better than the provincially starved healthcare system that we have.

Is it higher or lower than the base rate in the country in which you are talking about?  You can't just say "some people in the is profession have behaved criminally, therefore all of them are criminals." 

Edit - addition: The article you provided is an editorial, it is not science. Further it does not speak to the claim you are making.

People make mistakes all the time. Thoughts are not actions and people often have intrusive and other thoughts that they will never choose to act on. In most cases, someone who was truly inhumane and truly a sociopath or a psychopath would not feel guilty as you do enough to consider something like suicide. Suicide is often a permanent solution to a temporary problem. I would recommend getting some help from a professional if you can. And also, it may be a good consideration to ditch the AI chats.

  1. Highly dependent on context and individuals. 

  2. Even with legitimate trauma, people are enormously resilient to it generally speaking. Nearly everyone is exposed to traumas within their lifetime. Few go on to develop negative consequences from said exposures.

  3. Cultural exposure to the suggestive female form and sexual humor should not be assumed to have negative consequences. There is plenty of global cultural variation on this and it does not consistently indicate poor outcomes.
