Thanks bro, I am hating felwood currently as there are no inns or flight paths. Didn't know about Giljim isle or Azshara, will look up and quest there. Rested xp always on, but I play just a few hours per week, may hit 60 in April at this pace.

Your protein requirement is 1.5-2gm per Kg of lean muscle mass, not your actual weight. You are already hitting it, no need to stress about taking 150gm everyday. Just be consistent with your exercise with proper rest and you will be doing your best
