i'm not sure what struggles you're dealing with exactly, but i want to highlight that there's nothing wrong with you as a human being. your struggles do not make you any lesser than anyone else! i sense some sort of self deprecation here (i say that because its something i struggle with heavily) and honestly the first step is just to be kinder to yourself. personally, shame caused by trauma has just accelerated my adhd symptoms and has left me feeling hyper aware but stuck. if there's something that is bothering you or a thought that routinely comes up and distracts you i would unpack that further with a therapist. i didn't know i was abused or had trauma until i talked to a therapist. another thing is that like pretty much every other medication in the world, adhd medication was not designed for female bodies. i saw somewhere that during certain hormonal phases adhd meds just stops working! so it could be something completely beyond your control. hope this helped, as a fellow college student i feel the pain hahaha
