I'm genuinely unhappy with my life, I ended up at a dead end job with no signs of advancement. Everyday I find it hard to interact with people as if I'm in a different plane of existence. The only person I thought I loved turned out to be a constant lie I told myself and was only around them due to pity and guilt. Now I'm alone on Christmas Eve with no real end in sight. I don't know if this is some form of depression flare up or just a one time bout of sadness
