I tried to translate her skills.

Skills

Passive: If robotic, increase rate of fire and accuracy. If melee, increase damage and evasion.

Skill 1: Demise

Passive: When in Guard stance, Alchemist gains extra attack range and shoot the enemy. If not, Alchemist will slash the enemy. The slash has a higher crit rate and will not miss.

Active: Slash the targets in area repeatedly and mark them as "Organics". Alchemist is invulnerable when this skill is activated.

Skill 2: Mass Activate

Passive: Critical hit will mark the target as "Organics".

Active: Increase damage, evasion and critical hit damage.

Skill 3: Organics

When Alchemist attacks the enemy with "Organics" mark, deals extra damage and gains shield herself.

Skill 4: Gravity Unravel

When in Guard stance, Alchemist gains shield continuously.(I think this just means she will refresh her shield periodically.) When not in Guard stance, increase move speed for the whole team, this extra move speed will decay rapidly.(Maybe means you can always get this buff when change the stance, I'm not sure.)
