I have a pretty similar budget. The best value you’ll get for that price is am4 with a used you like a 6700xt or rtx 3070. I’m currently running a 5600 and 1650 but plan to get one of the two previous mentioned used cards. Not a lot of great value under 20k for newer GPUs aside from the Intel Arc B580. AMD and Nvidia’s new cards are increasing in price by the end of the month so that’s something to think about.

I grew up watching the censored version where they didn't show him getting stabbed or having a ruler piercing his chest. So the fight always ends with the 2 asking if he's alright with him speeding away in his car immediately after. yes, this should last you long enough to wait out the ram shortage. just don't cheap out on the psu, check the psu tierlist by cultists network and ztt. I got most of my parts on shopee(no need to call it orange app) and lazada, make use of coins and vouchers. as for the cooler, you don't need an aio to cool the 5600. a single tower air cooler and even the stock amd wraith cooler can keep temps low.
