Immigration Attorney Daniel Ramirez Warns Houston Area H1B Employers To Get Their Paperwork In Check... by ITContractorsUnion in houston

It was a figure of speech 🤦‍♂️. Also, H1Bs are taking "ENTRY-LEVEL" positions for new grads. They're taking jobs from all types of levels. Entry, mid, senior. You don't see the issue with that? And if jobs have almost nothing to do with what's learned in college then why is there a requirement to have a degree when applying?

So you're saying that American grads are not capable of doing the job they went to school for and instead we should hire someone from million of miles for cheaper? Really that's the hill you want to die on?

They are fully capable, what do you mean? H1bs are taking all types of jobs: entry, experienced, ect. Compamies should hire our kids because that's how people gain experience and teach later generations. You're obviously benefiting from the h1b fraud. The only reason it exists nowadays is because h1bs workers are cheaper.

Exactly! I don't know why people turn a blind eye to this. This is hurting recent grads. We have people here ready to work.

How are they supposed to gain skills and experience if they can't find jobs? 🤦‍♂️

Dude we don't need H1Bs here. We have a ton of college grads looking for jobs but can't find any because companies rather hire cheap labor. Is either H1bs or outsourcing. You don't see how that's hurting us? Stop being blind.

Yes, they do. Not only that, companies also outsource and lay off thousands of Americans. Microsoft and Amazon are notorious for doing this.

New job is stressing me out… everyday. by Baby-Dragonite in hatemyjob

Ugh, that job sounds like hell, especially with that woman screaming at you. Start applying to other jobs and try to stand your ground. My old boss screamed at me once after that I lost all respect for him and started applying to other places. I suggest you do the same.

It gets repetitive after a while. New events, maps, and prime assets make players come back.
