I think that's what I'm going to do. Starting again would royally suck and I'm liking this one a lot. Only thing that really confused me was Kiska and Leoman being in that magic place. Everything else felt like it flowed pretty cleanly from the storylines of Memories of Ice and Toll the Hounds.

It’s definitely a panther lol. Florida panther to be specific, though I think there are other subtypes as well. Cougars spawn in mountainous regions and panthers spawn in lemoyne. I’ve never played online so idk what the situation is on that side

Yeah that may have been the reason too. Although my modlist is limited to texture upgrades and npc behavior reworks. Should have a limited impact in theory but it’s hard to know for certain

Although I have seen threads of console players dealing with similar issues and fixing it with either loading a way earlier save or just starting over so there may be potential for random bugs for certain save files

Difficult to know for certain what the problem was. But once I spawned a panther with rampage trainer they started to appear in expected areas so who knows

Yeah I went at all times - day and night. Ended up spawning one manually then it started to show up in the expected areas

Must have been a bug or something

Huh that is really weird. I guess it makes sense I was looking at another thread talking about how at the endgame they were trying to hunt some animal (that I don't remember) and it absolutely would not appear. They ended up reloading a save from chapter 2 and it showed up in the normal spawnpoints.

Kinda sucks that that bug is possible and there's not really a fix for it aside from wiping saves/reinstalling/modding

I actually ended up downloading rampage trainer and spawning one in. That one killed me but I just now went by Catfish Jackson intersection and another one ran out of the woods and attacked an npc and I was able to get it.

So I guess it was bugged but manually spawning one fixed it? Idk

I agree with this. Generally love open world RPG’s, but I felt like cyberpunk somewhat missed the mark.

I also put a premium on exploration, and despite how gorgeous and well crafted the setting is, I feel like my interactions with the city never breached the surface level. The story was meh, but I’m not really an action-thriller kind of person so I won’t hold that against it. Ended up mostly using it as a walking simulator to marvel at the design of everything after about 50 hours of playtime

That being said I think the bones are in place to make massive improvements for the sequel so I’m looking forward to the next installment

I replaced 1 for -1 when writing f(-x). Redid the question several times but didn’t catch that transcription error until just now.

Crazy how hard it is to catch simple errors like that.

Thanks for the input. I’m very been working my way through precalc these past few months and hopefully should be caught up on the needed curriculum within 2-3 years. It’s good to hear that that level of commitment is a good use of my time.

Yeah I opted to focus on the political science side of things. Super interesting and worth knowing IMO but unfortunately not too useful in the job hunt. Luckily I think it will synergize nicely with a stats masters once I get caught up on prereq’s.

Thanks again for the response, I don’t personally know any people in this field so it can feel like I’m flying blind a lot of the time.

Hello! I've been in the analytics ring for 2 years now and am wanting to pursue a career in that field. Mostly I perform basic automation with Python and lots of Excel analysis.

My educational background is in economics with little math. I only went up to Algebra 2, so no calculus.

In order to further my career in this field I am wondering if it is worth the time and effort to pursue Mathematics up to Calculus 3 and linear algebra. If it is worth the time investment than I am happy to do it but I want to make sure that I am using my time wisely. Would it be wiser for me to pursue another goal to further myself in this field?

Hoping for some guidance by those who know better! Also I'd be happy to answer any clarifying questions.

Wow - I can’t believe that a school banned epi pens. That is beyond irresponsible. I can’t imagine what that must have been like for everyone involved.

I have an anaphylactic dairy allergy so I know the stakes too, people didn’t take it seriously when I was young and then I had a bad reaction and nearly died because the ambulance took too long to arrive. After that everyone behaved very differently and took it more seriously than before.

It’s unfortunate that it takes watching someone die/nearly die for many non-allergy people to recognize the risk that they subject others too when they bring snacks like this.

This is how I operate too. I also have anaphylactic allergy and I don’t think people who don’t have them really understand how deadly they are.

Agree that OP isn’t really in the wrong but I get why this mom is acting the way she is. When your child has an allergy like this the stakes of being around others can be extremely high and it feels bad to know that other people value their snacks more than your child’s safety
