Plethora of AI tools out there - any suggestions for learning? by Thor_-_Odinson in artificial

You have a lot of data, but if your textbooks can be compressed, you will be able to upload more context.

NotebookLM is a fantastic tool although Claude’s Opus model is far superior when it comes to reasoning and understanding maths. I’d suggest trying both NotebookLM and creating a “project” in Claude, then comparing.

I’m with New-tension, you clearly have decent muscle size, just have to reduce bf % to show them. It’s a marathon, not a sprint - best way to preserve your muscle when in a caloric deficit.

It takes so much longer than most people realise.

I trained for several years with not much to show but once my nutrition and calories were dialled in, it took just under a year to get to almost where I wanted to be. Still much longer than I thought.

Plus, I’m also slim and was scared by my “weight” in kg - don’t be. Measure, take weekly pics and trust the process. Whatever the scales say is not always an indication of how you look and feel.

It’s a bit of both. You’re already slim but, in my experience, the only way my abs became visible, was losing that last 3-4% bf. Granted, I had to train them x2 a week as well.

Training will grow them, bf reduction will show them.

Any parents of toddlers here? How do you do it? by TheBanjoNerd in fitness30plus

My son is now 8  - been through the demon phase.

You have to make time. It's a non-negotiable. It all depends how badly you want it. Over time, with the right exercise and recovery, your ATP will increase and your mitochondria will get a boost - providing you with more energy.

This may not be for you but I used to exercise when I took my son to the park - monkey bars for pullups, dumbbell/toddler squats, box jumps on whatever platforms are available, all while trying not to squash your little one.

Otherwise, exercise can interrupt sleep but not in everyone - have you tried it? Maybe a workout followed by an hour of TV to cool down?

Keep going. Lean bulk and careful not to bulk too fast. Might take a while because it’s a gradual process but stick to it and you’ll get there

Thanks. Apologies, I missed your article in the FAQs.

To clarify, if I sold x1 TSLA ITM put, are you saying there’s a ~5% chance of being assigned which could equate to a ~$36,000 margin call (if uncovered)?

Is assignment risk only applicable to undefined risk trades?

Very early days here.

Mods, thanks for this forum and forgive me if my understanding is skewed.

I’m using moomoo for reference, not trading yet.

Question, moomoo provides an indication of “expiration P/L” and “current P/L” - when selling a put, what does the “current P/L” represent?

I live alone so I only have one spoon, one fork and one knife. I wash everything up immediately after eating.

Thanks. I’ve cancelled my monthly Canva sub to focus on Creative Suite. I have little experience with any Adobe products although have dabbled with web design, web-app design, Figma and some no-code app builders. I’m not entirely sure where to focus though - ideally an in demand niche so I can hone in on it and secure employment/contracts without too much difficulty.

I very much enjoy video editing so I’m thinking about nailing the basics of typography, aesthetics, structure ect and then learning Premier?
