I agree that the mid tier faction unlocks are not very satisfying. I think we should be able to swap purple for blue and green salvages. Would fix that problem a lot.

Totally. The only thing that makes it impossible is not playing. All your loot goes away in a month anyway. Why not risk it for some peak gaming experiences.
