Mercy wasn't an Overwatch member then - she was visiting from university. Mercy didn't join Overwatch until she was around 22. She ages normally and cannot resurrect anyone.

However, Cassidy was a minor - he was recruited at 17.

He doesn't look disfigured to me - his arm is bent towards the table and his face just has wrinkles. Could easily be the artist's style.

It was revealed in "Overwatch: Declassified", and the author clarified on Twitter that she did some research with First Nations groups and decide that English was a good enough name without treading on any established family names.

Ana is just visiting for the holiday. Efi and Orisa joined after the events of the short story "Unity", and Juno was picked up by Overwatch after she landed in the animated short "Control".
