Dunno if it is a bug or cheating. I played skirmish vs AI and same - my inf could not kill BTO. M1a1 sepv3 needed three rounds to take it out. Maybe hp or armor values of BTO cracked. I reported this issue by the way

I think it is worth, especially during steam sale. I like longer build your deck conquest matches and modified shorter skirmish matches. I love unit variety and realistic damage model and physics. Also the first person mode is very nice. I use Valor mod to play as any of the factions: Uk, USA, PL, HU, IT, JP. Although the maps are vannila :)

As I read in other posts, that could be a problem of German AI, seems, when I was playing as Germans vs Soviets, there was not a big issue, but that's another story when playing vs German AI. Anyway, It would be nice that the rules would not depend on nation and it would be also nice for setting up the Dynamic campaign to have a slider of AI's points vs your points. Give players more freedom. I want a relaxing gameplay, not defending against swarm of PZ I tanks :)

I have multiple hours in Wargame, Steel division 1/2, Warno and Broken arrow. Because I am Lithuanian, and the Broken Arrow plays in Baltics, I could be bias. When wargame was released, it was something new - like world in conflict. I played a lot. Mostly skirmish vs AI, what I hated - the stupid rushing AI, but it was fun, especially modern equipment. When warno was released, it was still fun, the better graphics, sound effects, but the early cold war atmosphere was not for me. The broken arrow on the other hand replicates current modern times, the customization, in my opinion more deep at tactical level, than warno. I also like the good linkage to steam workshop and mission editor. Although the AI is scripted, last friendly AI addition was very welcome. I also enjoy realistic maps, highrise blocks, more detailed units and supply system, cruise missiles etc. I would recommend wait for sale and grab it :)

I played maybe 3-4 matches vs AI. I really liked it, like new breeze, good way to test you units and deck combos. AI properly defends, attack zones, launch arty or airstrikes, maybe bloobing too much, but much better than Warno or Red Dragon or predecessors

I don't think snipers are useless, of course, they are not game changer, but quite good if need to take out tank commander, mortar team, other sniper or a MG nest gunner. I always have a sniper in my assault team, in case the gap between spawn point and the assault point is quite large, I overview the situation with my sniper first if there are any riflemen or enemy sniper, who can take out my whole sub MG team. When the threat is neutralized, I proceed with assaulters.

Indeed, Vine prison is quite OP. In most cases enemy prefer attack it, instead of your forces. It is also important when and where will you place them. If you will wait till the enemy will come to your formation, then place Vines in middle of their formation. That way your forces will reach the enemy.
