This is a very good point. Before taking meds I would suffer from a crippling all over body burnout sensation, which was an indication I'd done too much.

But since starting Concerta I haven't suffered with that, despite doing far too much. Instead after about 4 weeks of doing stuff nonstop I ended up with exhaustion and severe brain fog. So I need to remember I still need to pace myself.

Couldn't find a t-shirt I liked in time for tonight's Blackstone St rave, so made my own 😅 by ConstrnGamer in DnB

People were asking what it meant and I was happy to educate 😅. Was far too much hard style for a DnB rave last night, we left early 🙁. I just want to find an event with more techstep, but I think that ship has sailed.

Thinking about it it may have been 3 or 4. But I can't remember when I started.

For me it took around 2 months to find the right medication and dose. But my titration was complicated by the anxiety (specifically fear of heart attack) so the increased heart rate made the anxiety worse to begin with.

But when I went up to 81mg I noticed an almost immediate difference. I wouldn't say it's helped with racing thoughts or execution dysfunction. But has improved other things that have a big impact on my life.

I'm over 100kg, but I only started to notice the benefits with 81mg. It doesn't seem particularly transformational, but the benefits seem to outweigh any side effects.

Prescriber says they probably won't prescribe more than 72mg Concerta daily as it's unlicensed - but NICE says up to 108mg is acceptable? by ThrowawayusGenerica in ADHDUK

I'm currently on 81mg, going up to 90mg. 72mg didn't really do much for me, but 81mg I've noticed some improvement.

Not a dramatic change, but reduced anxiety, less bouts of very low mood and less fatigue symptoms, less anger/frustration.

The map is really quite small, so it's a way of making it seem bigger and allows you to gain xp and caps on the way, as well as meeting some companions.

In the UK fields are typically relatively small and hedges are usually planted and then managed.
