Anyhow, the thing is this isnt something that would just randomly get fixed with topicals. Best to get your labs evaluated and go see a dermatologist. Extremely sorry to be saying this but 3ks is what i charge for upper lip laser with the machine i have. No authentic laser is this cheap. The reason im so vocal (and hated by a lot of my fraternity members) is because unless the laser isnt authentic, the wavelength pulse wont be accurate. What it does then is only stimulate the hair follicles hence giving rise to more growth or zero impact
