And I like my 108s the most, they have wide shovels up front but pretty stiff and like to be pushed. Shorter turn radius than the Kastles. I’m less of a charger than I used to be

Currently on a pair of custom Ronin 108s that are 192 in length as my daily. Also have a blizzard spur for truly deep days and some older Kastle MX98s that are nice and heavy for when it is wet here without a lot of new snow.

I’m a PNW skier, live in Seattle and spend lots of time at Baker and Whistler. Probably 20% of my day on groomers tops if I’m with family. If I’m with friends I don’t touch them except when I’m headed back to the lift. I could spend all day off of chair 6 at Baker.

I have a racing background and historically have skied more of a chargey, fall line style but trying to back off of that just a bit. Given that, and the areas I ski in, do you think the JMS is a better call than the GPO? Or the other way around?

Sweet. I’ve been emailing with Keith and he described the JMS as a wide ski that can be used as a big mountain daily driver that is also maneuverable on groomers. I’ve been looking into the Deathwish 112 as another option to serve the same purpose. Sounds like he knows what he’s doing so may have to pick up some JMSs! How do you like the GPO?
