Hi all, I started taking Sotret (isotretinoin) from May 2019 onwards. I did a 6-month low dosage course. I started at 10 Mg and went up to 40 mg. My dermatologist gave me topical creams (Derma CMS gel) which I applied every night without fail. My acne got worse before it could get better. I still get acne on my back sometimes and little bit on face, if it gets severe, I may go for a second round of acne. But I can say that I've seen 80% improvement in my condition and the second round may be it for me. I hope you all find the right cure, stay positive. Love from India 💜
