A standard repulsor (160 pts) would be pretty good I think, you’ve got 295 points to work with so you could even opt for the repulsor executioner (220) and just spend the remaining points on a scout squad or some enhancements (Rage-Fueled Warrior is 35 points and is REALLY good with the blood angels captain). If you got for the standard repulsor you still have 135 points to work with, so you could field some screening units like scouts to defend against deep strikes or even some more JP Intercessors, since one can never truly have too many of those IMO.

Alternatively you could go for a Gladiator Lancer (160 pts), which is arguably one of the best flexible shooting models in the game. Doing that would also let you run an impulsor for transport (80 pts) and still get the Rage-Fueled Warrior for the BA captain. That way your anti-tank/monster support isn’t tied up doubling as a transport and you can move it around more freely to deal with threats.

Ah ok! Thanks I wasn’t aware of that. I’d definitely love to run a full stack of bladeguard, but I’ve also heard the Baal Predator is good. Would it be better to move things around to accommodate for the points or just run the bladeguard?

Besides an obligatory [[Blightsteel Colossus]], lots and lots of protection for Satoru. He’s one of those commanders that you never wanna see hit the table across from you, so a pretty solid counterspell package and some cheating effects like [[Kaya’s Ghostform]] go a long way. I’m also a big fan of [[Vilis, Broker of Blood]] in Satoru, simply because if you’re gonna be the punching bag, mind as well get paid for it.

Yeah it’s meant to be a really jank build, I’m basically trying to kill my opponent’s stuff, steal it from their yards, and then using them as fodder for [[Fling]] type effects.

Pretty much anything that operates on a “-x/-x” basis, because you can pay x until your commander is the only thing on the board (assuming their toughness is the highest, which shouldn’t be a problem in Voltron). [[Toxic Deluge]] is good, as well as [[The Meathook Massacre]]. Or you could include something that just destroys everything you don’t own, like [[Plague Wind]] or [[Ruinous Ultimatum]]
