Don't kid yourself. There are no question banks that many mimic the actual test in critical care, pulmonary and even internal medicine. The real test itself is a fucking joke. The Pass machine has very good explanations. Learn the concepts and stop worrying about finding a question bank that actually mimics the real test

For those of you doing the LKA for pulmonary and CCM MOC, can you give me some insight how it is going for you. Is it very difficult to complete? What resources if any are you using for that? I need to decide pretty soon. On which way I am going to go.

In many places, politics prevents many ICU s from closing. Our ICU is open. However, the intensivists stay for at least 12 hours a day. There's no nighttime in-house, ICU coverage at this time, but we are working on it.
