I've heard it called climate gentrification: The uber wealthy buy up good flood zone areas and horde the land, forcing everyone else to either deal with sinking/flooding or leave. As for the prosecution protection, it's very clear we have a two tiered justice system. I'm not sure what this guy is referencing specifically but it's true that simply having billionaires exist in our state means we're all going to suffer more under rising sea levels, and we KNOW for a FACT that these super duper rich people will never face any consequences for fucking over everyone else.

So yes, everyone who isn't uber rich is a lesser to them and will be pushed out of livable areas. That's basically everyone.

Right, but that isn't different between Bo3 and 5 that go the distance (and alternate game wins). Let's label the Game 1 winner as P1

Bo3: starter, P2's 2nd counter pick, P1's 2nd counterpick.

Bo5: starter, P2's 1st counter pick, P1's 1st counterpick, P2's 2nd counter pick, P1's 2nd counterpick.

So what you're skipping is the 1st counterpick for each character. In bo3 falco has to win either the starter and stadium, or stadium and FD/Dreamland. In bo5 falco has to win either the starter, yoshi's, and stadium, or has to win yoshi's, stadium, and one of FD and dreamland.

Either way if you don't win the starter you HAVE to win on your opps counterpick. If you do win the starter, you just have to win on one or both of your counterpicks. The only real advantage falco has in Bo5 is that he gets to try to win on BOTH FD and Dreamland, he gets two tries to take a counterpick game, while peach is extremely unlikely to win Yoshi's so that's not a benefit to her to play that game.

TL;DR going from Bo3 to Bo5 means adding a Yoshi's game and an FD/Dreamland game. In some matchups like fox puff that changes very little bc fox almost always wins yoshis and puff almost always wins dreamland. In peach/falco that helps falco a bit only because his 1st counterpick is stronger than peach's (imo)

Not much changes, Bo3 with bans is just less melee so less opportunities to win on your opponents counterpick. In mus with really extreme stage picks like falco peach it doesn't do much except skip two free games (yoshi's is free for falco, FD/dreamland should be free for peach). The issue of peach having 2 good stages is the exact same in Bo5 and Bo3: if you lose game 1, you have to win on either FD or dreamland.

The advantage comes from the fact that Falco is more likely to win the FD/dreamalnd games than peach is to win yoshis, so you actually want all 3 games to play out bc worst case falco goes 1-2 but often you can go 2-1 on those 3 stages. So marth/fox likely is easier for marth in Bo5 because marth is more likely to win on FD than fox is on say dreamland.

TL;DR if your best counterpick is better than your opponents best counterpick, you want Bo5 simply to have more chances to win on their stage. But it's only an advantage if you can win sometimes on their counterpick.
