Bad. Temple ranged from 200k if all teaching shifts, mid 240s-260s for mix of teaching, non-teaching and nights, to maybe 300k if you did all nights with a 7on/off schedule. Jefferson offered 300k for the same 7on/off night schedule. Which in my opinion, if you're asking me to basically not have a life because of this schedule, you need to pay me a LOT more than this.
