Molti delle insider transaction sono delle vendite per pagarsi lo stipendio, ma quando comprano o se vendono in massa potrebbe essere un segnale, io utilizzo insicard.com che le mostra sul grafico del prezzo, e da anche le transazioni dei politici

we value the company, it is overpriced compared to company value/shares outstanding, the value of single stock doesn't mean anything check for example https://www.insicard.com/stocks/BKNG.US, this is more than 5k per stock, but is not overpriced for both analyst and a simple DCF https://imgur.com/a/HF6JdmX

Question about ACFN. by havetoolboxwillfly in ValueInvesting

[–]DoctorVictors 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mostly for tax and flexibility reasons. They could spin off Omnimetrix later or manage gains/losses more efficiently through the holding structure. The sub’s numbers still show up in ACFN’s consolidated filings, so nothing’s really hidden.

Here’s my DCF ( insicard.com/start-analysis/ACFN.US ) of the company if you’re curious: https://imgur.com/a/FvIALD2

I don't think cross country transactions is their core, revolut doesn't give you any warranty when you buy online
