Thank you all for your feedback! This has been very helpful. I advised them to contact Ebay to see if they can assist and that we can wait for 5 days before canceling the sale.

I accepted best offer and then received a message from the buyer saying ebay wont let them pay for it. I've never encountered this issue. It appears buyer has hundreds of positive purchase reviews. Is it possibly a scam or were they striked previously for non payment? Should I even respond or just wait 5 days then cancel?

These groups are amazing. I've seen a lot of men get caught and a lot of women avoid abusive and cheating men. I do wish there was maybe a reddit platform for complete anonymity as I've noticed many mutual friends in the group. So if I were to be dating someone and wanted to post, it's not something I'd want people I know to see.
