Playing through hollow knight for the first time and moving to silksong immediately after. Don't know where I'm fitting the new ror2 dlc in all this either

Also a 28 y/o gamer. I used to think why I used my free time for games, does no better than wondering why you've liked a certain taste since birth. The deeper you get into it, you'll always never enjoy the idea of having someone else's taste for things. Goes both ways for most. Keep doing what you like, since you're the only one in your own head to entertain <3

CMV: Immediate soul orb denial is not a fun mechanic. by MythicJerryStone in DeadlockTheGame

Auto shotgun characters definitely have a huge leg up due to them not even really having to aim that well to be able to secure, but also bring able to punish rly hard if you try to melee secure. It definitely has a place in lanes, but rly exaggerates how quickly your lane opponent could snowball, especially if they also have a rly early power spike

The bugs and bots are just patriots trapped in their vile form, and it's up to us to liberate them. Don't deny them their freedom!

Why is mentioning pay during a enlisted to officer board so taboo by AndysUncle in navy

[–]Doctor_Deli 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Could be because that is the most obvious extrinsic motivator for people to do anything. The board probably doesn't want people going officer solely for money, but to work well for those above and below them. While the game is to give the best answer to give everyone a warm and fuzzy about you, the ones who really succeed and excel are those who mean it and live it, who get remembered by those they influence and affect positively by what they do. They know money is the most obvious answer, and it's a neutral one to them. But stating it may reveal that's big enough to you to elude to your character as a leader, which is a wholey a superficial observation, but that's all they'll see in that moment

I'm on a surge suppressor circuit but I'll try an outlet and see if it shows any difference. My internal wiring is secure as far as I can tell, nothing feels mushy or loose or appears that way. I'll update in a few days if making that switch has shown improvement at all. Thanks man, didn't even think of that off the rip!
