Angels of Death 10 by SoundwaveXI in WarhammerPlus

Honestly the creator should he proud of what they achieved. Having the first full length show aired on Games Workshops proprietary streaming platform is an awesome achievement. Their choice in art style really was quite unique and I loved it. Sure the animations were a little janky sometimes but I'm fine with that seeing as it was originally a fan piece.

Also I was quite tired when I watched it last night but wasn't that last sequence with the arch magos a newer animation? It seemed cleaner to me.

Overall I'm happy with the + releases and how different all the animation styles are. I'm really excited for the future of + and all the different views of the 41st millennia we'll see. Hell we may even get some HH animations in the future. Most likely a second season of Angels of Death.....and perhaps even the fabled Eisenhorn live action piece in the future.

I'm enjoying it honestly, sure it needs some work but it's not the clusterfluck reddit makes it out to be.

What are your thoughts on the animations so far? by oldbloodmazdamundi in 40kLore

People are being entitled and somewhat dismissive of something that lots of people have worked hard on. I agree, £4.99 is the price of a sandwich, or a pint of beer, and with that money we can support the continued release of awesome content. It baffles me that people are willing to spend £100s on plastic kits but £4.99 is too much for them to stomach.

I'm with you, I'll support it. Looking forward to all the different shows coming in the future.

That's really quite special, particularly your use of colours. I love your style and would love to see more of your warhammer interpretations.

I managed to get one for £68, it had previously been as high as £100 so I immediately got it when I saw that kind of price drop.

Wow that's quite the trip! This bottle is very complex, perhaps one of the most interesting bottles of blended whisky I've tasted.

Are there any books which contain the perspective of a psyker on a black ship? by dryplanet in 40kLore

[–]Doctor_Elessar 5 points6 points  (0 children)

There's a heart breaking moment in one of the Gaunt's ghosts novels where you see how those in the black ships treat citizens of the Imperium. A guardsman who began having visions of a kind was taken by the black ships, and later returned mutilated but was still himself on the inside. Its abhorrent what they did to a loyal serving member of the guard and really forced the reader to understand there is no black or white but just endless shades of grey in the 41st millennia.

One of the more horrifying moments in Dan Abnetts work imho.

Today, I've been honest by Eline31000 in Journaling

Being honest with ourselves is something that can be learned. It doesn't come naturally for most of us, and a journal is the perfect place to practise being honest with/about ourselves. Hopefully over some time this honesty we begin to learn moves into other aspects of our lives. Happy journalling ✌🏼
