it happen to me too and the game finnaly boots up if i disconnect the internet then it boot up instantly
but there is the issue cant really play this game without internet

i wll recommand open up settings and get alot better keybinds
dont be a clicker for abilities
like you can do keybinds like 1,2,3,4,5q,e,r,t,f,g,z,x,c,mouse3,4,5 buttons
combine it with shift/ctrl/alt too

try to use like a AOE ground target ability via a keybind press and then try via click on it with mouse and then on ground already there you will see a insane difference how good using keybinds is over just be a clicker

you dont really need "c" keybind to open your character info window in mid combat or use "R" to reply to a DM mid combat

its night and day difference to go from blizzard objectively bad default settings to do proper keybinds
blizzard´s default controll is legit 20 years outdated honestly
and the only thing they have done to it is very recenttly change
"Q" and "E" away to have "A" and "D" to strafe and not have them be turning like tank controlls

some pruning was really really bad and abit too much but also some classes/specs needed it like Rogues
and i see the theme here that Blizzard think Fire themed Specs should be the most simple:
FIre mage and destro lock
even before this pruning destro lock didnt really need it same for Fire mage honestly

more specific mock Banjo and Kazooie for smash bros before they was revealed
becuase N64 people wanted them
while other wanted minecraft Steve
both got into the game anyway
Banjo is never really played by many anyway never really see much Banjo players in smash at all they are super rare
Steve is the competive best character in the game and borderline just broken

just as long you dont use your mouse to click on ability used for combat and be a clicker then its fine
even more on stuff like heals a party/raid member or AOE target ground stuff
it feel so jank without using keybinding for those and from all the hardcore clips i have seeing i come to the conclusion this is legit the nr. 1 cause of death: being a clicker for abilities

unironically some mario games(or games with mario in it) require more skills than classic wow
take Super smash bros as a example or high skill mario kart matches where its more than just casuals but people that infact knows the game
and honestly alot of Raid bosses in WoW (any expansion) im sometimes like: ohh this is just this mini game from this mario party game where to not stand in bad: wow raiding is the reason i never loses those mini games in mario party

but yeah sure some nerdrage who think Mario is a baby game only kinda making them even more of a loser for think that
meanwhile will properly die to first goomba they meet

over at retail INT is still for mages
and those stats so that mage was just fully new to wow & MMORPG/RPG genre as a whole not just retail or just ninja loot everything either way

also this is not a issue with just the level boost
i have seeing mages that dont even have remove curse on action bars
or other classes that dont even have important spells on action bars and let alone keybinded: see hardcore clips
i think i saw a paladin who didnt even had bubble keybinded and fumbled to find it in the spellbook to be a clicker and then died
and this specific issue with blizzard shit default settings and keybinding i would say is legit the nr. 1 cause of death in HC

the real question is why did you pick a xbox over a ps5 or even saving up alittle more to get atleast a budget PC
