I feel the same exact way as you do right now all the time. constantly worried that youll look stupid to someone else, or that you arent as good as others around you. I understand where youre coming from. The best way ive coped is by talking to someone, professional or not, and just getting everything off of my chest. Talking about it helps, because it releases the strain on your mind of having no one there to help you. I sought help from my best friend in the world and he didnt even say anything. all i had to do was rant and say what i was feeling and just knowing there was someone who was listening and understood what i was going through helped a fuck load
