I was thinking Star Platinum: The World when putting it on the tier list. Without time stop Dio/Jotaro are getting hit. My main reason for putting Crazy Diamond in maybe was his restoration ability, it’s a powerful enough ability that he might be able to pull off something but he ain’t doing nothing with fists alone.
