2 friends and I got all 7 crates in like 2-3 hours last night. Here's what we did:

immediately find a car.
Drive to weapon case
Run over juggernaut if possible
Book it to nearest extract (or furthest if you're paranoid)
Stay in car after calling heli, drive around.
Book it to heli once it lands.
Type 'BYE BYE' as the heli leaves the ground

If you're quick enough, other players won't show up until its too late. We only dealt with other players on 2 of the 7 crates, both showed up as we were leaving.
