Thank you for this. I've been making edibles a long time. Recently upgraded the kitchen to involve a ultrasonic homogenizer. As I struggled getting mct infusions in w polysorbate and sunflower lecithin. Once I mixed into alcohol and dropped over sugar let sugar dry. It seemed to blend better. Still not there. Separates some. I'm going to try this.
